About the Artist

    Though educated in electronics, Albert excelled in a long career of
art and photography. After traveling the western U.S. for several years,
Albert opened an art gallery in Louisville, Kentucky, which he operated
for 34 years, incorporating his love of nature, science and astronomy
into his craft.

    Commissioned in 2004 to decorate a new planetarium in
Prestonsburg, Kentucky, with space paintings, Albert has now turned to
a multitude of directions.

     Besides large space paintings, Albert has written, illustrated,
designed and self published a science book for children, started a new
abstract series of paintings, and is teaching basic astronomy at a
private school in Louisville.
